Position: Account Executive

Job Description:

To support our rapid growth, we currently seek a highly motivated Account Executive to help drive sales of our world-class tax management solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

As a key member of our sales team, you will generate new business from Global 1500 customers by:

  • Managing a sales pipeline and accurately forecasting future business; the Account Executive has a large geographic territory and is responsible for developing and forecasting business throughout the territory.
  • Thoroughly qualifying all leads and sales opportunities; this includes relentlessly following up on account prospects and leads that come in via marketing programs and events.
  • Leveraging business from new and established relationships.
  • Patiently and assertively driving client relationships to close business.
  • Providing weekly reports on key sales metrics and actions, using a customer relationship tool.
  • Working with our Professional Services organization to ensure 100% client satisfaction.

Required Skills:

  • 5 - 10 years experience selling enterprise software, consulting and implementation services.
  • Proven ability to sell at both operating and VP/C levels.
  • Demonstrated track record of closing sales with transaction values of $200,000 to $1,000,000.
  • Superior communication/presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Consistent overachievement of quota.
  • Successful history of net new business sales.
  • Knowledge of tax, finance, and/or accounting a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Advanced degree in accounting or finance preferred.
