“I joined Liquid Engines because the application of this extraordinary technology to my area of expertise, state and local tax, was such a promising marriage. A practical restraint on state tax planning has always been the time lag between, for example, a suggested alternative way for a business enterprise to be arranged, or an acquisition to be structured, and the time it took to quantify the state tax effect of the suggestion. This product does that virtually instantly, while the key individuals providing and evaluating the suggestion are still in the room.”
