Marc Gineris is the founder of Incyte Capital, LLC, a middle market private equity investment company and has led the company’s investment activities for the last seven years. Prior to founding Incyte, Mr. Gineris was an officer and seasoned executive on Wall Street, where he led a number of units in the corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions departments of several major firms including Deutsche Bank and Alex Brown and Sons Incorporated in New York and San Francisco. Mr. Gineris has been a Board member of numerous companies including Aileen, Inc. (NYSE:AEE), New Dimensions In Medicine (OTC:NDM), eVIN, Inc. (private), Madison Telecommunications Holdings Inc. (private), Paging Network of Canada Inc. (private), and American Messaging Services, Inc. (private). Mr. Gineris is a graduate of Harvard Business School and Pomona College.

Sean Maher is the Chief Executive Officer of both Valley Forge Financial Group, Inc. and Valley Forge Private Equity, Inc. Mr. Maher is the co-founder of Valley Forge Private Equity, Inc. and serves on the boards of directors for all five of the companies that comprise the Valley Forge Companies. Since taking the position of CEO of Financial Group, Mr. Maher has grown the company profits in excess of 10 times. He has postgraduate designations of Certified Financial Planner and Chartered Life Underwriter and maintains Series 6, 66, 44 and Life and Health licenses. Mr. Maher serves as volunteer Board Chairman of Charlestown Play House. Mr. Maher graduated from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University in 1994.

J. Roy Pottle is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and co-founder of American Messaging and is responsible for the company's overall direction. He has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry with particular knowledge of the wireless messaging and paging industry. From 1998 to 2004, Mr. Pottle was Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Arch Wireless, Inc., predecessor to the largest wireless messaging company in the United States. During this period, he was one of three senior executives responsible for managing all aspects of the company. Prior to joining Arch Wireless, Mr. Pottle was a senior executive for a publicly traded cable television company in Denver, CO, and a banker to the media and telecommunications industries in New York and Toronto. Mr. Pottle earned a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA from Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec.

Tom Steding, Ph.D. is a senior corporate executive and founder of several successful businesses based on complex, leading edge technologies. Most recently, Dr. Steding founded VectorPharm, a commercial space biotech company together with Dr. Lawrence J. DeLucas, former astronaut and head of the Center for Biological Science and Engineering, University of Alabama. Dr. Steding was also the founding CEO of Stion Corporation, a nanotechnology solar company funded by Khosla Ventures. He was CEO of Astoria Software, Metacode Technologies, RedCreek Communications, and Pretty Good Privacy, Inc, among others. Furthermore, as Chairman and founder of Quadrix Partners, a leadership consulting organization, Dr. Steding has worked with a number of organizations to drive high performance and successful execution. Previously, Dr. Steding held Vice President and/or General Manager roles in Novell, Inc., 3Com Corporation, Sony Microsystems and Ardent Computer Corporation.
Dr. Steding holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from University of California, Berkeley, California, and an MS in Management (Sloan Fellow) from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Stanford, California. He is the co-author of Built on Trust: Gaining Competitive Advantage in Any Organization, Contemporary Books, 2001, and The Execution Handbook, currently in manuscript.
