Former PricewaterhouseCoopers Partner, David Millstein,
Joins Liquid Engines’ Esteemed Advisory Board

Big Four Veteran Brings 32 Years of Corporate Tax Management
and Planning Expertise

SUNNYVALE, CA, October 10, 2005 – Liquid Engines, the provider of breakthrough corporate income tax management and planning software, today announced the appointment of David Millstein, former partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), to the Liquid Engines Advisory Board. During his 32-year career with PwC, Millstein helda number of rolesas a tax partner, includingTax Partner-in-Charge of the New Jersey and San Francisco Bay Areaand West Coastbusiness units. Joining renowned tax experts James Fuller, Walter Hellerstein, Larry Langdon, Bob Perlman, and Prentiss Willson on the advisory board, Millstein's appointment further exemplifies Liquid Engines' commitment to optimizing the performance of corporate tax departments with advanced software technology.

About David Millstein
David Millstein recently retired as a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. In addition to his contributions asTax Partner-in-Charge of the New Jersey and San Francisco Bay Area and West Coast business units, he was also National Real Estate Industry Chair. From 1998 through 2002, Millstein was a member of PwC's Global Tax Executive, where he had responsibility for the firm's global tax services and solutions in transfer pricing, international tax structuring, indirect taxes, human resources services, and corporate compliance. In this role, Millstein worked extensively with partners and business units throughout PwC's global tax business. He was also tax leader for the firm's global e-business, middle market, and sustainability initiatives. For the past three years, Millstein served as the business development partner for the firm's San Francisco office. Millstein is a graduate of the Wharton School, the University of Pennsylvania School of Law, and New York University's Graduate School of Law. He is a CPA in California.
