SUNNYVALE, CA, December 9, 2005 – Liquid Engines, the provider of breakthrough corporate income tax management and planning software, today announced the appointment of Glen Rossman to the Liquid Engines Advisory Board. During a career that spans more than 30 years, Mr. Rossman served most recently as vice president of global taxation and customs at Cisco Systems. He has also held a number of tax, property, and records management roles at Cisco. Mr. Rossman was also a partner with Coopers & Lybrand, L.L.P, and Arthur Andersen & Co. As a member of the Advisory Board, Mr. Rossman brings a breadth of expertise to the company, joining other distinguished tax experts who include James Fuller, Walter Hellerstein, Larry Langdon, David Millstein, Bob Perlman, and Prentiss Willson.

About Glen Rossman
An acknowledged expert in corporate taxation issues, Glen Rossman served six years as vice president of global taxation and customs at Cisco Systems. In that role, he directed the company's income tax, indirect tax, customs, records management, and unclaimed property operations. During his career at Cisco, Rossman managed more than 75 tax professionals and implemented several major tax systems. In addition, Rossman managed all of Cisco’s global tax accounting matters including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, served on several subsidiary boards of directors, and regularly reported to Cisco's investment and audit committees. He joined Cisco from Coopers & Lybrand, L.L.P., where he led a team of 100+ consultants.
Prior to Coopers & Lybrand, Rossman spent 23 years as a Partner at Arthur Andersen & Co., holding various tax service-related roles. Mr. Rossman is affiliated with a number of tax and financial associations including the Tax Executive Institute and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Rossman holds a B.S. in Business Administration with great distinction from San Jose State University. In addition to his professional activities, Rossman devotes a significant amount of his time to charitable organizations that provide support for the mentally ill.
