Liquid Engines Welcomes Visionary Oracle Tax Executive to
Distinguished Board of Advisors

SUNNYVALE, CA, November 28, 2006—Liquid Engines, the leading provider of corporate tax management software, today announced that Deborah Lange, former Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL) Senior Vice President of Tax and Customs, has joined the company’s Board of Advisors.  Ms. Lange is an active member of the tax community and has been a leader and strategic contributor in corporate tax for more than 25 years. Ms. Lange is currently chair of the Silicon Valley Tax Directors Group and a board member of the Software Tax and Finance Executive Council.  Throughout her distinguished career, she has also held leadership roles in numerous industry associations, including the American Electronics Association Committee on Federal Taxation (past chair), the San Jose State Tax Advisory Board, and the Executive Committee of the Tax Executives Institute.
