Thomson Reuters Releases Completely Browser-Based Property Tax Software
ONESOURCE Property Tax 9.4 offers workflow process in new, fully-featured single interface
New York, March 16, 2011 — The Tax & Accounting business of Thomson Reuters today announced the release of ONESOURCE Property Tax software version 9.4.02, a Web-based solution and a part of the ONESOURCE platform. The latest version of ONESOURCE Property Tax will help property tax professionals efficiently manage the property tax compliance function.

- Optimized views and sorting for faster data retrieval in Asset Manager.
- An overview screen that displays multiple years of valuation and tax history for any parcel or property.
- Easy-to-read graphs that display the valuation of property through each stage of the assessment process — from projected, to rendered, to initial through final values.
- Integration of Tax Manager with Asset Manager, which allows for the processing and retrieval of returns directly from Tax Manager account detail screens.
- Multi-tasking features enable Tax Bill and Accounts Payable information to be entered simultaneously on the Tax Bill screen. In addition, multiple notice types can be entered in one easy-to-use screen.
ONESOURCE Property Tax resides on ONESOURCE, the online platform for corporate tax professionals. Users access ONESOURCE Property Tax gadgets, functionality, and information through a single-sign-on.
